Requirements for NIN Enrolment

• NPopC Birth Certificate (Newly issued from 2023) OR Temporary Birth Attestation OR Foreign Birth Notification
• Valid Nigerian International Passport
• Birth Certificate (for proof of relationship in the case of minor enrollment)
• Foreign Birth Certificate (for applicants born abroad)
• Parent’s NIN Slip or NIN Number (for minor enrollment)
• Enrollment Fee: $50 – $70 USD

Requirements for NIN Modification/Correction

• NPopC Birth Certificate
• Valid Nigerian International Passport
• Current NIN Slip
• NIMC Remita Payment Receipt (₦2,000 – ₦28,750 depending on the service)
• Sworn Affidavit of Fact
